We have a choice of 3 types of property video available for order and these will cover most estate agents' needs but we are, of course, able to work beyond these defined parameters where required.

We also have a property video and photography package deal on offer, which combines professional video with professionally produced and processed photography.

Where required, we can also provide branded intro and end screens for videos at extra cost; these can be animated or static and can be re-used for free on all future videos that are produced.

3. Property Showcase Video

HD stablised property video tour comprising of up to 120 seconds of creatively produced video, incororporating dolly and slider shots, tripod shots, timelapse video, and synchronised to music with additional overlay graphics.

4. Property Video & Photography Offer

Property tour video as per 1 above and professional photography (2 photographs per main room, externals including street and garden, hallways, etc.) providing up to 20 professionally produced and processed property shots.

5. Branded Video Graphics

Animated or static video intro and end screens, for use with property video, incorporatingyour company logo, strap line, and colours.

5. Professional Property Photography

Photographs are charged at £7.00 per Photograph.
There is a minimum order of 12 Photographs per job.
Internal & External Photographs are supplied.
Photography shoots typically required 2 to 4 hours on location.
Final files are supplied in high quality jpeg format.
