Note that all bookings are provisional until confirmed and, subject to distances between jobs, we may be required to rearrange and offer alternative times and dates in some cases. Please bear in mind that it is not uncommon for our photographers to run late due to traffic and other factors beyond our control. We will usually call when this happens to any significant extent.
If an appointment needs to be cancelled, there will be no charge if the cancellation request is made (by telephone or email) 24 or more hours before the appointment time. Otherwise, cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of £32.
All bookings must include Property Photography, everything else is optional. The system will not allow bookings that do not include photography.
