Package 2 is intended for larger houses (i.e. more than 3 bedrooms) and houses for other reasons that require more coverage than is offered by package one. It’s also a good option for properties that whilst not necessarily larger in size have special appeal and features that deserve more attention and emphasis. Package 2 videos will typical run for around 2 to 2.5 minutes.

Package 3 is intended for those who require the best that we have to offer. The enhanced video will be synchronised to music and include a variety of more creative shots, with emphasis on detail, fittings, and features. Package 3 includes drone photography and video.

Package 4 includes a 360 Virtual Tour instead of a property video. The Virtual Tour Platform also generates a Floor Plan making it an attractive alternative.

Optional Add-Ons include Drone Photo & Video and Floor Plans. With Drone Photography, we typically supply around 6 to 10 images from various heights and angles. Drone video clips are used in the property video itself.

Floor plans in our experience are best kept simple. Our basic floor plan is generated using LiDAR technology which provides a high degree of accuracy. Enhanced floor plans include representations of fixtures such as baths, sinks, kitchen worktops, etc.
