Developments in photo-editing software and Generative AI Engines generally have made it increasingly easy to enhance photographs with AI. Whilst there are undoubtedly ethical considerations in terms of misrepresenting properties and what is on offer, it is useful to be able to show potential buyers what a property or space could be like.
